Paralel uçot S/4HANA-da: ledger yoxsa hesab yanaşması?

Eyni şirkət həm MHBS, həm də yerli standartlar üzrə hesabat verməlidir. Bu fərqi sistemdə necə qurmaq gələcək illərin hesabat keyfiyyətini müəyyən edir.

Azərbaycanda bir çox şirkət eyni anda bir neçə tələb qarşısında olur: qrup üçün MHBS (IFRS) hesabatı, yerli standartlar üzrə maliyyə hesabatı və vergi uçotu. Fərqlər əsasən amortizasiyada, ehtiyatlarda və bəzi gəlirlərin tanınmasında yaranır. SAP-də bunu iki yolla qurmaq olar.

Hesab yanaşması

Bir ledger istifadə olunur, fərqli standartlara aid məbləğlər isə ayrı hesablara yazılır. Məsələn, MHBS amortizasiyası bir hesaba, yerli standart üzrə amortizasiya digər hesaba gedir. Hesabat zamanı lazımi hesablar seçilir.

Bu yanaşma fərqlər az olduqda sadədir. Amma hesablar planı sürətlə şişir və hər yeni fərq üçün yeni hesablar və hesabat qaydaları tələb olunur.

Ledger yanaşması

Hər standart üçün ayrıca ledger olur. Aparıcı ledger 0L adətən qrupun standartını daşıyır, qeyri-aparıcı ledger isə (məsələn 2L) yerli standartı. Hər ledger-ə uçot prinsipi (accounting principle) təyin edilir, əsas vəsaitlərin qiymətləndirmə sahələri də həmin prinsiplərə bağlanır.

  • Adi əməliyyatlar avtomatik olaraq bütün ledger-lərə yazılır.
  • Yalnız bir standarta aid düzəlişlər ledger qrupu ilə yerləşdirilir (məsələn, FB50L).
  • Hesablar planı təmiz qalır: eyni hesab hər iki ledger-də öz qaydası ilə istifadə olunur.

Extension ledger: tam surət olmadan

S/4HANA bir addım da irəli gedir. Extension ledger bütün sənədləri təkrarlamır, yalnız fərq yazılışlarını saxlayır və qalanını əsas ledger-dən götürür. İdarəetmə düzəlişləri və ya simulyasiya üçün bu, verilənlər həcmini xeyli azaldır.

Praktikadan: Hesab yanaşmasından ledger yanaşmasına go-live-dan sonra keçmək çətin və bahalıdır. Hansı standartların tələb olunduğunu blueprint mərhələsində maliyyə direktoru və auditorlarla birlikdə müəyyən edin.

Parallel accounting in S/4HANA: ledger or account approach?

The same company must report under IFRS and local standards. How you build that difference in the system shapes reporting quality for years.

Many companies in Azerbaijan face several requirements at once: IFRS reporting for the group, financial statements under local standards and tax accounting. The differences mainly arise in depreciation, provisions and the recognition of some revenue. In SAP this can be built in two ways.

The account approach

One ledger is used and amounts that belong to different standards are posted to separate accounts. IFRS depreciation goes to one account, local-standard depreciation to another. Reports select the relevant accounts.

This approach is simple when differences are few. But the chart of accounts grows quickly, and each new difference needs new accounts and reporting rules.

The ledger approach

Each standard gets its own ledger. The leading ledger 0L usually carries the group standard, while a non-leading ledger (for example 2L) carries the local one. Each ledger is assigned an accounting principle, and asset depreciation areas are linked to those principles.

  • Regular transactions post to all ledgers automatically.
  • Adjustments for one standard only are posted with a ledger group (for example FB50L).
  • The chart of accounts stays clean: the same account is used in both ledgers under its own rules.

Extension ledgers: without a full copy

S/4HANA goes a step further. An extension ledger does not duplicate every document. It stores only the delta postings and takes the rest from its base ledger. For management adjustments or simulations this greatly reduces data volume.

From practice: Switching from the account approach to the ledger approach after go-live is hard and expensive. Agree which standards are required during blueprint, together with the CFO and the auditors.
